Hey you all! I’m back with the latest updates on Tokyo Ghoul re season 2. Also, this post is full of spoilers so whoever does not like to read spoilers please stay away from this post. The anime of Tokyo Ghoul remade a return this year with its season 1 of Re. Also, the next season, that is Tokyo Ghoul re season 2 will be releasing in October. At the start of Tokyo Ghoul re we, all fans were worried about the pacing of the anime. because Studio Pierrot has previously ruined the series already with Root A.
The first 4 episodes were badly paced and skipped a lot of content. Fortunately, for us fans, the remaining episodes were paced pretty well.
Tokyo Ghoul re Season 2 Updates
As soon as the season 1 of Tokyo Ghoul re-ended the announcement of the second season was made. Also, as we know all the Tokyo Ghoul seasons have a sad ending for certain now and same applies for the Tokyo Ghoul re season 1. If the sources are to be trusted then the whole of the manga is going to be wrapped up in the Tokyo Ghoul re season 2. Also, the Tokyo Ghoul re manga has been concluded.
At an amazing rate, we will see a 179 chapter manga being animated in just 24 episodes. 121 of those chapters will be animated in Tokyo Ghoul re season 2. If we thought that the pacing for season 1 was bad, imagine what it is going to be like during Tokyo Ghoul re Season 2. I don’t see the need to animate the manga if it’s pacing is going to be this bad. I don’t even think that most fans would even like to watch it.
Tokyo Ghoul re Season 2 Will Adapt 121 Chapters
But some anime watchers might enjoy the fights and all that stuff but at this pace, it won’t do justice to what Ishida Sui has devoted so much time to create. I think we may even see them skipping arcs in the upcoming season. I liked Tokyo Ghoul re Season 1 because it didn’t skip any huge arcs, and I think the last couple of episodes were very well made. Come on guys adapting 121 chapters in 12 episodes is just awful. They seriously need to reconsider and increase the number of episodes. Another thing to consider is that since the manga is over, it won’t make sense for them to wait a couple of years just to make 12 episodes. So, this is their point of view but still, it’s injustice to the Tokyo Ghoul fans and manga writers. That is it from today’s post on Tokyo Ghoul re season 2.
