Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ app revealed that Psycho Pass 3, is going to have a manga adaptation. The news came out after it was revealed that Psycho Pass would be getting a third season. This is obviously good news for the fans, who have been waiting for a very long time for the series to come back. The launch date for the manga adaptation has also been revealed.

The Psycho Pass 3 anime series will be premiering on October 24, which is just a couple of days before the release of the manga. The website has listed that all the episodes of the anime will be an hour long. Another thing that I will like to add is that the anime will be stream inside and outside of Japan only on Amazon Prime Video.
The original Psycho Pass anime came out back in 2012. The anime ran for 22 episodes. Then Psycho Pass 2 anime series came out in October 2014. The movie for the franchise came out in Japan in January 2015. All three anime were released by Funimation on home video.

Hashino also drew a manga adaptation of the Psycho Pass 2 anime, so Hashino has some experience going into Psycho Pass 3. The manga was launched in Mag Garden’s Monthly Comic Garden magazine in 2014, and it ended it in February 2018. Mag Garden published five compiled book volumes for the manga.
